2. Services & Quotes

All quotes provided by Right Way Windows & Doors are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a quote if unforeseen structural issues are discovered during professional survey.

3. Installations & Site Access

Customers must ensure our installation team has clear and safe access to the work area.
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for unavoidable minor damage to interior decoration (e.g., wallpaper, plaster near trims) that may occur during the removal of old fixtures.

4. Guarantees & Warranties

Our uPVC products and installations are covered by a comprehensive 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. This covers manufacturing defects and installation faults, but does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or lack of maintenance.

5. Payments

A deposit may be required upon signing the contract. The final balance is due strictly upon completion of the installation, unless an alternative payment or finance plan has been agreed upon in writing.

6. Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing your contract without giving any reason. If manufacturing has already commenced for bespoke/custom-made products after this period, cancellation fees will apply.
